How a small idea in Galway became a daily ritual for thousands of people.
It started with my mam.
She was struggling with brain fog, low energy and stress. I wanted to find a natural way to help.
That personal search became the starting point for Grova, with one simple goal: make daily wellness easy.
A little idea, close to home.

We wanted something that would fit into everyday life. No mixing powders. No swallowing pills. So we chose gummies.
After a year of development and plenty of back and forth with manufacturers, Grova was born.
